We had the great pleasure of representing Pride of Poland at this year's prestigious Katara International Arabian Horse Festival. It was an opportunity not only to make interesting acquaintances, but also to gather valuable comments and opinions on the place of Polish Arabian horses in the consciousness of the international community. With the help of world authorities and industry leaders, we also started an interesting project to promote this year's auction - we hope to present to you the results of this cooperation before the auction.

As the organisers of the XLIV Polish National Arabian Horse Show in Janów Podlaski we are extremely pleased with the results of our event, which gathered a very large, as for the present, difficult times, number of 120 horses at the Polish National Championships. The Honorary Patronage of the President of the Republic of Poland - Andrzej Duda and the personal presence of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development - Henryk Kowalczyk undoubtedly raised the rank and prestige of the event organised in the magnificent surroundings of the historical Janów Podlaski Stud.
The Organising Committee of the XLIV Polish National Arabian Horse Show and the Pride of Poland and Summer Sale auctions would like to thank all those who have supported us with their presence and hard work in our efforts to make this, the oldest in its history Arabian horse show in Poland and one of the first in its tradition Arabian horse auctions in the world, organised together on the Polish grounds, become an opportunity for sports rivalry, but first and foremost a place to meet and an opportunity to spend those few days in a wonderful atmosphere well known to the regulars of Arabian horse shows.
We are very grateful to you - professionals and, above all, people with passion, who often sacrifice their free time for the good of the common enterprise - for your help and support in organising and coordinating the course of this year's show and auction in Janów Podlaski.

The SUMMER SALE auction concluded a four-day event at the Janów Podlaski Stud. A total of 25 pure bred Arabian horses were put up for sale in the auction by the state studs (Janów Podlaski, Michałów and Białka) and private breeders. 19 of them found buyers. In total, the sale yielded a result of 402,000 euros. The highest price was achieved by Michalow's Wieża Orientu (Tower of Orient in Polish), which was auctioned for 81,000 euro by a buyer from Belgium. This is by far the highest amount achieved at a Summer Sale auction in the last few years. The organisers are well satisfied with the introduction of the hybrid auction system. Bidding via Equibid has resulted in more dynamic bidding and good financial results.
During the 53rd Pride of Poland auction in Janów Podlaski, 14 horses were sold out of 21 exhibited by state studs (Janów Podlaski, Michałów and Białka) and private breeders. The total result was 1,596,000 euro. The mare Esmeraldia from SK Michałów was sold for the highest price of the auction - EUR 400 000. Janów's Euzona and Michałów's Poganinka also generated huge emotions. Both mares reached a price of 220,000 euro.

The 44th Polish National Arabian Horse Show was held from 12 to 14 August 2022 at the Janów Podlaski Stud. The judging panel evaluated 120 entered horses in 17 classes over three days (Friday to Sunday). The show took place in a magnificent antebellum setting on the square at the historic Clock Stable.
Sunday was the culmination of the competition in all classes. Six Polish National Championships were held, during which the best horses were selected from among: Yearling Fillies - LABONITA (Michałów), Yearling Colts - EL MEDAR (Michałów), Junior Mares - EL MEDIDA (Michałów), Junior Stallions - NAHIL AL KHALEDIAH (Polska AKF), Senior Mares - EL ESMERA (Michałów) and Senior Stallions - PSYCHE KERET (Krzysztof Poszepczyński SK Chrcynno - Pałac). Special prizes were also awarded.
The title of Best in Show went to Michałów's El Esmera. The grey mare also won the Polish Senior Mare Championships. She also won additional awards - the title of the Most Beautiful Mare of the Show and the Best Movement Award.
