Administrator - Polish Horse Racing Club with its seat in Warsaw, at ul. Puławska 266, (02-684 Warsaw), established by the Act of 18 January 2001 on horse racing (Journal of Laws No. 11, item 86, as amended), as a state legal person (hereinafter referred to as "PKWK "). The minister responsible for agriculture exercises supervision over the PKWK.

Personal data - information about a natural person identified or identifiable by one or more specific factors determining physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity, including device IP, location data, Internet identifier and information collected using through cookies and other similar technology.

4. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGY

The administrator uses cookies mainly to provide the User with services provided electronically and to improve the quality of these services. Therefore, the Administrator and other entities providing analytical and statistical services to him use cookies by storing information or accessing information already stored in the User's telecommunications end device (computer, telephone, tablet, etc.). The use of cookies on the Website is not intended to identify Users. The policy regulates the processing of data related to the use of own cookies.
